Re: flashing meter

I know this is an old post, but I just thought I would let you know.
I was in my basement a few days ago, over my Christmas break and I
was moving a few things around. I saw the EF machine sitting there
and decided I would try it one last time to see if it would work.
Now remember I had tried it for days after the initial problem and
it never worked. I switched it on and after it flashed three times
it then flashed ABS then set itself to 0.
I didn't believe it at first, so I tried again and it worked, small
miracle.
Anyway, I told my sons and they can't wait to get started again. The
oldest just had his wisdom teeth out so it might be a few days.

Shawn I bought your MIT 2008 e-book, that I read and I am re-
reading. There is a lot of great information in the book, by the
way. I will also be reviewing the DVD. My sons and I had great
results the first time around. I tracked workouts using a spread
sheet. I will try to include pictures and measurements this time. I
recall we had some difficulty with the ab crunch exercise. I think I
remember you had a post about the AB CRUNCH and how you would be
sending out the information on how to better perform it. I don't
believe that I received anything.
I hope you are still monitoring this forum can let me know where I
should post.
Let me know.
Michael
