You either aren't familair w/ the superiority of SCT or have other
reasons besides obtaining maximum results in minimum time to prefer
free weights over an SCT machine. The intensity of muscular
contraction is whats important. It is possible to reach
approximately the same levels of stimulation w/ free weights in some
exercises but a machine built soley for SCT purposes is safer, more
effective tool. If you've ever had to relocate I can say w/out
reservation that moving 1100+lbs of weights is a major hassle besides
major expense.
