hi muscle lady,
yea, i'd never thought to measure progress in that way...let me know
how that works....i just look and feel (my abs) and am happy w/ what
i see/touch....full disclosure: ive been doing ab crunches as
well...last week i just used the wheel, didnt do the crunches, and i
was still sore for several days afterward so im guessing thats whats
been building my abs. im trying to motivate myself to give up on the
crunches and use the wheel from a standing position instead...i KNOW
thats gonna hurt...i'll post my efforts...
