hey brian....glad u got the file....re: frequency, its totally up to
you...you can do the exercise as soon as your abs arent sore anymore
but im doing it once a week as i dont want to have to do any exercise
more than that....and without trying to be boastful, it really has
given me very defined abs...of course, diet is 80% of definition and
you wont see your beautiful abs if theyre layered with fat....btw, it
also burns my posterior deltoids as well...

go get um tiger...

JJ, good to hear from you...i see weve had very similar results.. re: the ab wheel, ive found its all i need for 6-pack abs...ive attached a file that explains...
