hey brian....glad u got the file....re: frequency, its totally up to
you...you can do the exercise as soon as your abs arent sore anymore
but im doing it once a week as i dont want to have to do any exercise
more than that....and without trying to be boastful, it really has
given me very defined abs...of course, diet is 80% of definition and
you wont see your beautiful abs if theyre layered with fat....btw, it
also burns my posterior deltoids as well...
