Awesome, thanks very much. I was curious as to frequency of the exercise and
reps as well. Do you do this on a MIT type schedule with a fair amount of
time in between from date to date - a week apart - and how many reps etc.

name, Miles Wetsman, for anyone else interested...the ab roller
truely is one of those few very special exercizes you run accross
infrequently that are tremendously effective and most people never
hear about....im sore for 3-4 days after every time i do it, and i
havent even tried to progress to the standing position yet (cluck,
cluck, cluck, yes im a chicken and proud of it)...it not only gets my
abs but my posterior deltoids too...
i agree, the best part of this forum, or whats left of it, are the
tips we get from other users....
