I sent you the file via the email address you gave...i was able to
open the file under the "Files" section at this forum...its under my
name, Miles Wetsman, for anyone else interested...the ab roller
truely is one of those few very special exercizes you run accross
infrequently that are tremendously effective and most people never
hear about....im sore for 3-4 days after every time i do it, and i
havent even tried to progress to the standing position yet (cluck,
cluck, cluck, yes im a chicken and proud of it)...it not only gets my
abs but my posterior deltoids too...
i agree, the best part of this forum, or whats left of it, are the
tips we get from other users....

JJ, good to hear from you...i see weve had very similar results.. re: the ab wheel, ive found its all i need for 6-pack abs...ive attached a file that explains...

hey brian....glad u got the file....re: frequency, its totally up to you...you can do the exercise as soon as your abs arent sore anymore but im doing it once...
