good to hear from you...i see weve had very similar results..
re: the ab wheel, ive found its all i need for 6-pack abs...ive attached
a file that explains it well...hint...start from your knees, you wont be
able to do it from standing position to begin, i guarantee...when you
can do two sets of twenty reps youre supposed to be able to transition
to standing....youll understand once you view the file....but
beware....with abs and good pecs youll need to carry a big stick to
fight the women (or men, if you choose) off.... dont say i didnt warn you

Miles, these Ab Wheels of which you write are very good indeed. I used
one with very good results about 40 years ago.
