Forwarding a post...

Hello to all,

:~)
Miles Wetsman, a fellow member of this forum, has asked me to forward
this post on his behalf. Miles is experiencing technical difficulties in
posting directly, hence this round-about approach.

Highest regards,

Steve

Miles post:

well, its been a year this week that ive experimented w/ SCT via the
Streamline...i got the DVD and faithfully worked on my form...im getting
8 hrs of sleep a night...i WAS eating protein every 2-3 hours, until i
started the "Warrior diet" 6 weeks ago....i did lose some weight/fat
with that diet but friends commented on how my pecs are shrinking so im
ending it tomorrow...and now i'm pretty much done with the SCT
experiment, as well....maybe it works for other people, but its not
doing much for me....when i started i'd been working out 3 times a week
and had decent upper body development....once started with SCT i soon
realized the abdominal crunch was a joke and substituted "the wheel",
where u roll yourself out to a prone position, instead...its a killer
exercise; works my abs much better than the Streamline; then i gave up
on the Lat pulldown. i didnt feel like i was really working them
enough, no matter how i tried to focus on/isolate them...ive replaced
that with chin ups....and now im giving up on everything else, except
the leg and calf work....i just havent seen the numbers increase and
havent seen any muscular development elsewhere...my leg and calf numbers
have almost doubled in this year, but i think thats because i never did
leg/calf work when i came to SCT...all numbers in all the other areas
have stayed about the same...well, the biceps almost doubled, but still,
thats only 3 out of ten...and, i dont FEEL as strong as i did when i was
using a traditional routine...

its too bad...i actually LIKE "giving it my all" with the
Streamline...i'll miss it...maybe i'll just throw in a workout every now
and then for variety....but like the "Warrior diet", im not seeing the
kind of development i was hoping for...

M
