Dirk,
I have the CNS workout, just haven't done it yet, I
plan to try incorporate it into my worked schedule. I
was going to last cycle, but my son, who works out
with me, had been sick a few days before, and since
this workout is pretty exhaustive, I decided to put it
off for a bit. I will let you know when we start it!
