This is a new tracking sheet I uploaded to the files section.
What can I say, I get bored and like excel. It will calculate your
days between workouts and even graph your progress. The sample data
is the data from the manual. Feel free to replace it with your own
and tell me how it works. I would love for someone who has been using
the equipment to put their data into it and upload it so I can see
how someone progresses with it. If you find anything wrong with it,
let me know.
