SO many people fail at this workout because the give up for any number
of reasons whihc can all be boiled down into one simple excuse...
They simply don't or quit believing.
Knowledge is power.
Self knowledge is Self-Empowerment.
I have been educating people for years on how to perform MIT and get
better resutls than have ever believed possible.
The best success stories lsiten to what I say and do it!
very recently i set up an individual on a workout we went through the
enitre A and B workout in order to get the settings and the feel.
I told the trainee upon performing the next A or B workout DO NOT
repeat an exercise if it's a lower number. Just take it for what it is
on go on with the rest of the workout.
I even explained why there very likely will be a lower number on one
or more muscle groups.
Well like all of us, we want to do better. So when this individual had
a registered a lower, there was an attmept to go higher and the resutls
was exactly as I predicted. That number was far lower than the
subsequent attempt.
Lessons learned in time "IF" one committs to the LONG-TERM.
I have several clients in your age group and I hope you don't mind me
making the same suggestion for you as I do for many of them...
Read much on antioxidants and oxidative stress.
PLEASE don't rely on "general-store" bought antioxidants thorugh
vitamins o reven their frutis/vegetables. Get the fruti and veggies
from a farmers market or a grocer liek "Whole Foods"
There is a lot of 'free-radical" damamge in your body that can and must
addresed.
I take a product speficially for this reason. You (or at least "I")
cannot possibly consume the amount of raw fruit and vegetables needed
daily in order to keep our bodies in check.
This leads to a VERY important issue dealing wiht cardio....
YOU MUST get to an oxygen deficit. 20-30-40-minutes on bikes, walking,
hiking, rowing, etc. DOES NOT do the job.
Think about it...if that crap worked, NOBODY would be over weight, AND
the 'cardio fanatics" would die prematurely of heart attacks.
Getting to an oxygen deficit not only will build lean mass, and cut
body fat, it also help in oxidation at the cellular level. Thus
helping to extend the life of a tiny thing in you muscle tissue called
a "telemere".
Extend the life of the telemere and extend YOUR LIFE!!!!
Lastly, it's not so much an issue of "restoring" as much as simply
growing new muscle fibers.
Tear down the myoblasts, and more will grow PROVIDED recovery takes
place.
