Hello All:
I have a few questions about the set up of the 2000/5000 system:
I have my system set up on carpet. Is that fine?
My meter when I zero it out is still sporadic before I commit my exercise. One,
the zero is not staying close at all! It is going to like negative 10-30 or
positive 10-30. The closer I get my hands to the meter, it gets closer to zero,
but once I move my hands away, it start going all over the place again.
When I perform my tricep press and bench press, the meter is giving me a
negative reading. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I cannot get
a zero reading? Also, when I am performing the bench press, the whole upper
body unit is moving! Is the bench suppose to be sitting on the foot stand of
the upper body unit? Please advise. I am so ready to start working out.
It is so odd, because I am having no problem with the lower body unit. I can
get it zeroed out. Do I have something too tight on the upper body unit?
Thanks for all of your help in advance.
Michael

What a great article...
I have documented cases of clients suffering from Sarcopenia. I first
was introduced to the term a couple of years ago through a flight
surgeon at FAA.
His studies primarily were composed of pilots/astronauts.
I've had contact with him discussing MIT and the benefits.
Sarcopenia 'doesn't have to occur naturally. It's the lack of muscle
stimulation (losing myoblasts over time) that is the major
contributing factor.
There is even more compelling research than what is in this article.
Ironically enough, out of all the top doctors I've met and or talked
to over the phone I very recently ran into a gentleman right here in
hickville USA that is conducting research on muscle fiber stimulation
at the molecular/cellular level.
Not about to share the implications of MIT and his research so don't
ask....he he
You at least have found some interest research Ed.
Wait until you see what comes out over the next 12 months or so.
All the best,
Shawn
