RE: [Explosive_Fitness] Abs!

Abdomen – this is an exercise I have stagnated on for a long time. I just
can’t seem to make any progress in either weight lifted or better
appearance. I have gotten stronger in every other category – but I just
can’t get the technique right for the abs. I have Shawn’s video – which
evryone knows is great – but correct form for me on this has bee elusive.
Any words of wisdom are appreciated on technique or tips

Brian,

I also have difficulty with this exercise. I just don't feel that I am
engaging the muscle correctly. Maybe an alternate exercise might work
better?

What are some of your meter readings. I recently changed positions and last
readings were way down - I don't know if I was using too much of my chest in
my previous position - or if the new numbers are closer to what the should
be
