The Training Log you've uploaded is great. Thank you for this, it is just
the sort of thing that's needed. Keeping track with proper documentation is
so important.
After reading through my reply to your first email, I realised I didn't
answer it fully. In that email you wrote:

Overtraining is something that will not occur if one correctly follows an
important XF/SCT training principle. If you are not getting higher readings
from workout to workout, extend the rest period to your next workout. This
is at the very core of our training method, as I'm sure you know. Doing this
will lead to your achieving a PB at every workout. :~ )
