You dont mention in your response if your numbers have gone up.
If you have gotten stronger but have not gained in muscle size. There
might be a problem with not enough calories. I have noticed that with
a few of my clients. Once I instucted them to eat more good calories
their muscule weight has gone up.
My own experience I started with the equipment almost 1 yr ago. My
starting weight was 160lbs with bodyfat of 18%. Now at 165 pounds with
a body fat of 13.5% This is a muscle weight gain of 15lbs not quite
20lbs but close.
I have a few clients who average 5lbs of muscle every three months
and others who gained only 7lbs in 9 months. A big portion is the way
you eat and what you eat. If I can help in any way let me know.

P.S. I think this equipment can do what it is supposed to but al;ot of
variables come into play
