I did. I am just comming up on my first 3month interval. So far I have
been a little skeptical on the results, however I really want this to
workout in the long run and am staying optomistic. I am sticking to
the program for the full year as to not void my guarantee. I have not
taken any new measurements yet, but will be at the end of March. My
Str Coach just bumped me up to 6 days from 4 so I am eager to find out
how this will impact my training.

The good things I can say about my experience thus far would be:

1) ease of use
2) infrequency of usage

I have actually lost about 9 pounds in the last few months ( I am
trying to gain weight) but I contribute that to my diet mostly. When I
worked out in the gym I was more motivated and kept to a strict diet.
Now, with this machine I have become much lazier. I plan on reving up
my nutrition regimen again in the near future though.

I would be very interested in anyone elses feedback on this machine
and thier short/long term workout results if your willing to share.
For me reading all of these posts/stories from earlier on in this
forum is what kept me motivated.

-Justin
