Hi, guys

I purchased the ef and xf equip (original stuff) 2-3 yrs ago, I
worked in the fitness industry, and sold fitness equipment for around
7-8 yrs so i thought id try this equipment out.

Initially i did the static contraction training at the gym, and found
that worked ok, then i purchased the equipment. i was disapointed in
the results from sct with the equipment, as most the gains i got in
the gym with the sct training was due to the small eccentric
contractions in the strongest part of the exercise (rom).

i sold the old equipment then purchased the new xf 7000, and never
opened the boxes. (1. my girlfriend was pregnant and we needed the
room and 2. i figured i could get my money back by buying the new
stuff at the discounted price and selling it for what i had spent.)

I personally used the equipment for over a year, and my best results
(numbers) with SCT was when i had been doing sct in the gym, then i
flew interstate for the day to try the equipment out at this guys
house, my numbers on that day were higher than any of the numbers i
ever got training on my own. I was also bigger after doing it the gym
than than at any time during the yeat training at home with the
equipment ( ive got body fat scales, calipers and used a tape
measure), plus in melbourne when i trialled the equipment i didnt use
the 1-ton hooks, which i did use at home.

Am i bitter about my experience, no (i ended up about even money
wise), was it a waste of time, probably, but ive learnt from my time
with the equipment, would i recommend anyone to buy the equipment, no.

Im sure there are alot of people out here, who have got good gains
from the equpiment, but id be surprised if any of them gains 20 lbs
in a year.

I dont think the 20lb gain is atainable but I do think with the proper training 8 to 10lbs is feasible. I have added weak range and mid range exercises to the...
