RE: [Explosive_Fitness] my experience with old machine

I was critical of the new EXF-7000 at first until I fixed some of
the things that I did't like about it.

1.Pins were hard to push into the slots on the posts: solved by
buying 2 medium sized black handled screwdrivers from Walmart, the cost
was 2 for $1.00

2.Loose poor fiting bench pads: solved by applying industrial brand
of velcro from Home Depot.Try it it really solved my problem and I now
love the bench and you can't see the velcro but you can move the pads.

3.Loose screws that would not stay secure on the seat back of the
bench: solved with lock washers from Home Depot, cost less than a
dollar.

4.No markings on the bars so that you can easily return to your
settings for each exercise on your next workout. solved by numbering
with a red marker every 5 slots and black on every 10 slots.

Thanks for the idea of using the screw drivers. I finally got around to using them in place of the push pins used with the bar to chain interface on the first...
