I have had a great experience with the old machine. The worst part was
putting it together. I found it very difficult but I'm not the best
with tools. I've been using the machine for awhile and have had great
results. When I started training on the machine I weighed about 155 to
160 pounds. I now weigh in at around 175 to 180 pounds at a height of
5 feet 7 inches. I feel these gains are from the workouts and diet.
Nothing special about diet just trying to eat clean. I was thinking
the new machine new machine would be better since there are no chains
like on the old version. I do not have the leg press. I perform squats
and toes raises on the one machine and love them. How does everyone
compare these types of squats to th eleg press on th enew machine.
Does anyone prefer the old machine to the new machine?
