Dan,
It looks like your progression problems are coming from too much
exercise and not enough rest. If you are doing yoga and 20 min of
cardio every day I dont see how your body can grow. SCT is strenuous
training and you need time to recover. My advice would be if you dont
progress on 2 out of the five lifts skip them at them next workout. If
you dont progress on 3 out of 5 lifts add 3 days to your rest interval.
I also think that you need to slow down on the cardio to 10 min all out
sessions twice a week only and try doing you yoga also only twice a
week and not at all two days before SCT workout. his routine seems to
work with alot of my clients give it a try you might have to tweek it
to fit you good luck .
