You are great.  Your plan sounds very reasonable.  I'd hate to have him operated on somewhere where they really don't know and understand him and his potentials.  I hope he will do all right until March.  Thank God his counts are holding.

I will certainly have my fingers crossed for his job at Merck.  That would be a great place to work...not that I love the pharmaceutical industries...but where would we all be without them?!
