Hello Robin,

Our daughter Rachel had Vincristine about 3 months ago, she had tired
rituxin but it did nothing. Rachel lost her hair, which is starting to grow
now, she had jaw pain and back pain also. Rachel is 13, she also had a liver
transplant when she was 9 months old. While she was getting the Vincristine she
was also getting anitbiotics for an infection and it became toxicand shut down
her kidneys so we don't know if the back pain was from this or the Vincristine.
She only received two of the four doses of the Vincristine because of the kidney
failure but her blood counts are doing very well. The kidney failure had
nothing to do with the Vincristine. And yes this site really is a blessing for
us who thought we were alone!
