We notice in the e-mails that Evans people should avoid tomatoes and onions. What is the significance? Our grand-daughter has Evans.
Hi there,
Some people have found in their research, that tomatoes and onions can exacerbate problems with low platelets. For some this may be the case, but not for all. My daughter's favorite foods have both in them, and luckily, they do not seem to have any effect on her platelets! But, it is certainly worth considering and worth going without if it helps.
I hope your granddaughter is doing well.
