Nancy and Randy,
Our son, Ben (12) was diagnosed with evans 2 years
ago. We have seen Dr. Bussell a couple of times as a
consultant and his primary hemotologist is in contact
with him. Ben did the IVIGs, high dose steroids,
vincristine, etc non of which helped him. What has
worked for him is cellcept and imuran (both are
immuno-suppressants). If Rituxan did not work for
Rachel, this may not be the answer either. Bussell is
knowledgeable and it is worth the trip to see him.
