Hi Friends,
I am caregiver to my 29 yr old wife who is proud mother of a sweet
girl, who turned 1 today :-) Her pics and videos at -

Anyway I wanted to draw your attention towards a blood test called
CA125.
A report at - http://jjco.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/34/3/149
suggests that it can be used as marker for ES. This is probably not
yet accepted widely, however since its just a simple blood test, we
went for it.
CA 125 for my wife (Pragati) came 840 units per ML as against <35
normal range.
Now we plan to go for this test once every month and hopefully we can
get some idea about progression or regression of ES using this blood
test.
Please let me know if anybody among you have also gone for CA125 and I
will suggest everybody to bring this up with their doctor.
With hope and prayers,
Sachin from Nagpur, India
