I feel like I don't know enough to offer any advice on what to ask, but
I am thinking of you....hope the day brought good news. If not, please
know that we are thinking of you. Every case is different, but my mom
was first diagnosed in 1997 and is still here and doing well. are you
dealing with a sarcoma center? It seems the biggest issue is trying to
get diagnosed and then dealing with it properly right from the get go.
My mom had a needle biopsy (and she was on blood thinners at the time
for her artificial heart valve - unrelated issue) so they potentially
spread her cancer and she ended up having a much larger area to deal
with than the actual tumor. So please make sure you see specialist who
deal with sarcoma specifically.
Keep us posted. We are here for support no matter what.
