Hi Folks!
A long while back when I went to family about CSA/EHRS breaking the law, one of their solutions was that I go on SSD if this was causing me distress. The more I thought about it, I failed to see how SSD is the answer to crime. Why should a victim have to go on SSD because law enforcement won't even acknowledge the victim's complaints and won't do anything about whomever is blocking attorneys from suing for the victim? That's absurd!
At the same time, that's what you get when you ask for advice from alchies and druggies. I.e., my Aunt who does or did live in FL was always a junkie. When repairs very first came up I told her I was not qualified for assistance due to my income, and her repulsive suggestion was that I just give repairmen "blow jobs" in exchange for repairs in that case. I was absolutely appalled.
In hindsight, I realize it was just projection. She'd do anything for drugs, so she was encouraging me to be the same when it came to repairs. That would be like trying to transform Mary Poppins into a hooker!
