Out of curiosity, do you think the temperature inside of F's, P's, and S's
office is consistently cool this time of year or that the vents
intermittently blow warm to hot air? If the latter ever happened, they'd have no need
for concern because all they'd have to do is snap their fingers and it
would be fixed.

So What?

Yolanda Flores (F), Charyn Palmisano (P), and Brian Swanton (S) go into
work one morning and notice that their work chairs have collapsed, their
office roofs are leaking, etc. and they request that these be
replaced/repaired. However, all they ever get in return are notices stating they failed to
submit the proper paperwork. F, P, and S know this is nonsense so they
complain about the repairs not being done.

Later that week...

Whenever F, P, and S ask AE (Any Employee) to do something, AE replies,
"Sorry, I'm afraid I can't get involved!" and "Why don't you ask another
employee?" Who indicates they can't get involved either/suggests they contact
some other employee, too, so that F, P, and S just spin their wheels.

When F, P, and S send e-mails to/leave phone messages for AE, these are
never returned.

Soon F, P, and S notice that everyone in the building is giving them the
silent treatment; acting like they don't even exist and everyone couldn't
care less if they are injured.

F, P, and S try to tell their colleagues about what is being done to them
at CSA/GNRP, but their colleagues just look the other way or don't comment.

F, P, and S try to tell their families about what is being done to them at
CSA/GNRP, but their families aren't supportive in the least. Insisting,
"Can't you just get another job?"

It's impossible for F, P, and S to do their jobs properly because no one
will answer them or help them with any duties (or in any other capacity for
that matter).

Out of desperation, F, P, and S report the conditions they have to work in
to their union, but their union never acknowledges any of their complaints.

I'd really like to see F, P, and S just shrug their shoulders and say,
"They're doing this to me because I complained about office repairs not being
done...Ah, so what? I can continue to work under these circumstances. I
refuse to let any of this bother me or interfere with me getting my job done!"
