Hi Folks!
Wow, I just realized more recently that EVA and CoDependents have been online for over EIGHT YEARS this past year! Even though we can't have a get-together in person, maybe everyone can find a way to take a few hours or even a whole day off tomorrow in order to celebrate the progress you've made in your recoveries! This doesn't have to cost anything either. Perhaps treat yourselves to something you've wanted to do for quite some time, even if this something be as simple as taking a delicious walk along the beach in solitude :) Remember, you don't need anyone one else's permission to pamper and enjoy yourselves!
Gosh, I also just realized this is my sixth or seventh year anniversary working for the same company, and I bet if I had married that guy who asked me some years back we'd be having an anniversary now, too. I am thinking, stability is fine and dandy but perhaps I've become too rigid, lol!
