I think that the message below, as well as others we have seen
recently, make it time and past time for the Owner(s) to require
approval of new additions to the membership. Making such approval
necessary would stop spammers in their tracks.

Dear Friends and Family,

As most of you all know I have been trying to get a divorce for over a year now. All this time my soon to be Ex refused to get a lawyer and was being a real jerk about the whole thing, even with him having a girl friend that he has been living with and is engaged too. (he got engaged less then 6mo after we split.)

The courts ordered a custody evaluation after 6mos of that it came back that Rick was never to see the boys again and that the injunction of protection the courts gave us was to stand! (He had a fit and said I falsified the test lol)

My soon to be Ex got a lawyer after making a fool of himself in court with the judge who set the court date for this Friday at 8 am and wouldn’t talk to him anymore.

The two Lawyers got together and set up a meeting that HIS Lawyer told him, he had to go to and not to bring the girlfriend to (LOL yes he had been bring her to all the other meetings. I did say he was a jerk?)

The Lawyers got him to understand he wasn’t getting the kids after the abuse he gave them and he was never going to see them again but I did ok letters and card.
But the boys do not have to read them. He pays child support until the youngest turns 18 and half the bills he put in my name. (Not all that fair since they are all his but that is the law)

BUT it is over I am FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE, to live my life now and have a live now!

I’ll be taking the next few days off to be with the kids. They are home from spring break and they couldn’t be happier that this crap is all over.  I’ll be keeping my same last name to match the boys but they have all say they want a name change as well so we will see how that goes.

I can’t believe this nightmare is over. I was shocked when my lawyer told me it was all over and we didn’t have to go to court again! I think I am still in a state of shock!

Love ya all Pamela

Hi guys! Got some news!

Mom is calling all the Klingons in the group to help rouse one Jack
Borkowski and wants to contact him about a few things.

If I'm hearing her right, she wants to set up a Cincinnati based con
called "KolarCon", I think the con is planned to be a mix of
everything Dad was into. RPG, Trek/Klingondom, Sci-Fi, but she wants
it to be like Dover.

^_^

If anyone knows how to contact Jack, or knows someone who can help,
please let me know. Also, Jack needs to be contacted as Mom is looking
for some KAG history he might know.

Sorry I haven't been more in contact. Things have been sort of crazy here. Pam's husband, Mike, has a brother who's house burned down just before Christmas and he, his wife, and daughter, were staying with us for a while. The man is an alcoholic (bad) and the wife is on probation for drugs. The daughter is a disaster.

I had surgery on my left eye December 14 and my right eye a couple of days ago (CRI - cataract removal & lens implant). My right eye is still recovering (still swelling, foggy, and a bit painful).

Erin & I are are planning on Dover, hopefully nothing will happen to prevent it.

Hey guys! Sorry, life has been so busy with work and such. I've been
working myself to death to the point that I haven't had much time for
anything else. It's driving me nuts.

Anyway, I just managed to take a look at the boards and the spammer
members have been removed. No advertisements on the board, please.

So, how's everything for everyone? I haven't heard much from anyone
and I got a couple of messages from my mother to relay to everyone.

1: Lisa - If you're still on this board, Mom says that we still have
your poetry book that you wrote. If you'd like it back, give us a holler.

2: Uncle Bob - I plan on going to Dover again this year, and paying my
way to it. Do you?

3: Uncle Walter - Myself and Mom would like to arrange a trip down to
see you to gather all of Dad's camping supplies and such. Please get
in contact with us.

4: Aunt Glenna - Mom's worried about you! Keep closer contact!

For all the people who need to contact us, our number is 513-797-4228.
Or if you feel more comfortable with e-mail, you can e-mail me or
post it on the boards.

Thanks guys!

The message regarding the "Nightclub" by an obvious spammer is NOT
what YOU set this group up for, and would be better off deleted. I
can't speak for others, but I KNOW your DAD would have run them out of
town, reported them to Yahoo for abuse and THEN fried them in oil!
As I don't have Moderator status here, I was unable to take this
action for you. As such I will simply leave this message and allow YOU
to be informed, take the necessary actions, and remove THIS message as
well once your done as it is unecessary to remind folks HERE of the
need for NO-SPAM in this forum... Thank you.

Ed. . . FEW people are ever given the opportunity to carry their
legacy forward and even fewer are able to carry their legendary
heritage into the future so it does justice to the originator.
THAT being said, I want to state that THIS is NOT true of either YOU
or your father. HE is, was and will ever be the LEGENDARY Kolar, to
ALL who knew of him, or WILL know of him in the future. YOU have
assured this with your dedication to him, and the honor you do to
his name and House Rasmuehler. It is assured of his place among the
stars, and our hearts forever.
YOU have become that which he always desired. A son, an heir to
his legend, and a true legacy to the man, the warrior, and the
memory of Kolar. Q'apla and may the banner of House Rasmuehler
forever fly into the cosmos. . . .

For those of you who do not know...today is June 1st.

Today, Mom and Dad would have been married for 38 years.

She's very sad and trying not to show it.

On a lighter note...Bob...I'd like to arrange a trip to Uncle Walter's
with you to get Dad's camping gear and odds and ends back that he left

If you can arrange it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sorry to take so long, Eddie. Yahell been screwing with my Groups.
Delivering some and doing a soft bounce on others. THis was one of
them.

Vulcan, Alberts is a small town near Calgary. THe town's name
attracted some mild attention when Star Trek first came around, and
the town enjoyed it. Later on, in a bid to increase tourism and
widen potential for their own people to make money, decided to help a
local Con get going. Ta-daaaa! GalaxyFest!
http://www.town.vulcan.ab.ca/events/galaxyfest.html June 10 - 12,
2005. A little late to start planning on attending, but if you can
make it, GREAT! Details on costs are on the website I just gave you.

Let me know.

Eddie,

Just thought I'd pass this on.  Earl may not be sitting where we can share a beer, but he will never really be gone so long as one of us remembers him.

The Klingon Assault Group Kanada is introducing a new Order for wearing on the Honor Sash - The Memorial Order of Kolar.  Several designs are under consideration, and I will let you know what we decide on in due course.  We meetin June at GalaxyFest on Vulcan.

Silver honours deceased-but-not-forgotten members of our own club, while gold is for the mundanes, profanes, and even teranganmey of other clubs and civilian pursuits, like Gene, Dee, Mark, John Colicos, and for me in KAG Kanada, Earl Jones.

So, do we wanna end the group, or keep it up so that we all can keep
contact?

I'm leaving it up to you people.

I went up and waited from 9AM - 2PM.

Bob didn't show up.

So, I guess I'm not going to Dover.

Okay folks...here's the situation..

As of Thursday at prolly Noon, the computer is being de-hooked and
moved over. When it will be up again, I dunno.

So, we'll be limited to phone. Bob, we're waiting to hear from you.
Don't be afraid to leave a phone number on the answering machine.

Home: 513-735-0288 (This number will be shut down on Saturday.
Cel: 513-364-9625 (Mom will have control of this number on Saturday.
The voicemail works, though, as does text messaging)

So, if anyone needs directions to the apartment, I will be stationed
there. Mom will be stationed at the trailer.

For those of you blessed with the technology of Mapquest:

300 University Ln. #111
Batavia, Ohio 45103

Anyone that can show at any time on Saturday or Friday will be
greatly appreciated. Food will be provided for all help on Saturday.

Thank you all for everything.

First and foremost:

BOB!! We've been waiting to get in contact with you. When you get a
chance, call Mom or leave a message to let us know if you're still
coming this weekend to assist us in moving.

Second:

Most of the moving will be done on Saturday (Apr. 16th). If you wish
to help, e-mail me or post, and I'll give directions and anything else
you need.

Thanks all,
Eddie

Sorry Mom can't make it. I hope to be there, but don't know yet if I'll have the money. Depends on whether or nor I get my income tax.

From what I've gathered, I'm giving a speech at Dover and talking to
all sorts of Dad's friends and stuff..which is cool..

But...

The bad news is that Mom will not be able to make it. She has matters
to attend to of major importance here at home dealing with legal
things.

I will still be at Dover, tho..

And for all who were wanting to help and such, moving is still
scheduled on the 15th - 17th. Any and all help will be greatly
appreciated.

For the people of Mithril Keep: I will be returning soon, I promise.
