Welcome to the Experience Strength and Hope (ESH) on-line
Al-Anon meeting! Our group was formed in April of 1996.
On-line groups are great, but there still is nothing like
the face-to-face sharing at a regular Al-Anon meeting.
Because this group is composed of Al-Anon members,
our suggestion, if you haven't already done so, is for
you to find an Al-Anon group in the area where you live.
You can look up Al-Anon in your phone book, call the
World Service Office at (888) 425-2666, or check on-line at
www.al-anon.org for meeting information in your area.
