Hello my name is Darlene,my friend Dawn (paperbackexchange) asked me
to come in a while back to post and I was never able to get into
yahoo chat.I now made it! Dawn sent me this diet on January 8th of
this year.I was skeptical as I have tried diets and always failed. I
now no longer call this my diet it is my life change program.As of
this past saturday,since January 8th,I have lost a total of 72
pounds. My goal is another 40 or so pounds,but I now beleive with
this program I can now do it and succesfully maintain it. I thank
everything I need to thank that I met Dawn and she talked with me and
got me on the road to my new self.Now that I know I can get in here I
will come in to post my results so maybe somewhere I will reach out
and touch someones life and show them it can be done,like Dawn did
for me.
