We invite you to share ideas on ER practice, pharmacology, experiences, or even a bit of humor (remembering, of course, to not violate patient confidentiality!), and to "network" for career changes. This is also a great forum for rookies to ask the "old salts" practice-related questions.

A NOTE FOR COMMERCIAL ENTITIES: We do allow staffing agencies, recruiters, or other Nursing-related vendors to post here with the following restrictions:

(1) NO ONE may use the members index to create a cold-leads list for their firm. If one of the subscribers contacts you, that is fine...But any contact initiated by you other than a general "broadcast" on the list to all subscribers is forbidden. THIS INCLUDES THE USE OF "IM'S" ! ! !

(2) We ask that all recruiters please post on GMT Fridays. For US subscribers, this is from 6PM Thursday to 6PM Friday Eastern time. I use Greenwich Mean Time since many of the subscribers are in Europe or the NZ-Australia theater.

(3) Posting a URL without identifying yourself, your firm or the nature of the URL will get you booted without further adieu.
