This YAHOO group replaces the Smartgroup on Clinical Pathways. Clinical pathways or care pathways are a methodology to improve the organisation of patient care. This group is managed by the European Pathway Association (E-P-A) and was started by Jen Guezo (Pathway Coordinator, Board of Health, Guernsey and board member of the European Pathway Association) and Kris Vanhaecht (Catholic University Leuven, Belgium / Joint Chair European Pathway Association).

People joining this group will become (for free) member of the E-P-A and will receive the E-P-A newsletter.
