They are just saving you the trouble and getting them to you in a easier format.
I do not see any problems with it. It is just another way to save a bit of money
if you use the products. I know there is more to it but I have not checked out
all of it yet. I told you I would let you know.  Also the entertainment book is
great I have used it for years in many different cities and it has saved me a
bundle. The question is how much money do you spend out of the home and how
organized are you to keep it all together.

I can relate very easily to what the woman posted below since I have

Hi everyone, I have been overeating and binging for the last few

The myopia, the refractiv problem in general, is something no
understood.The problem has two components: the physiological and the
psycological one. Each one incides in the another. Physiological
bases of the problem are unknown. The doctors only describe the
problem but they dont understand why it happens and how stop it. This
is clear. We can say them to improve the research to understand the
problem but they are not going to do too much because at the
beginning it has an easy solution –wear glasses-. The problem becomes
later, with the time, if it is progressive myopia you are going to
have some severe problems.

But one important and easy thing they can advice you is not avoid the
actualization of graduation. They dont give importance to this and it
is very IMPORTANT. Here becomes the psycological component of the
problem.

Very usually people with progressive myopia dont improve their
graduation. It is a very reasonable behaviour: it is difficult to
overcome the obligation of improve the graduation. But it is bad.
With the time it will turn in pain in several parts of the body (over
all we need to see well and we are not doing it) and loss of visual
acuteness. At the beginig you dont feel nothing, it is not a serious
problem yet. But with the time it is not enough and the visual system
is adaptated to poor vision.These simple things takes you into a very
bad life when you, finally, try to come back. You feel as a 90 years
old person, you cant do sport, physical efforts, etc and may be you
will have a damage eye at least. Avoid obsesive behaviour (dont use
glasses, for example). You have to become strong wearing your
glasses, bit by bit.

Remember other pathologies, anorexia for instance: obsesion for a
good fashion/look like makes severe health problems, even death
because of take bad alimentary habits, no eat (these get into
irreversible situations for the digestive function)

If you are a person in these situations: think about it, or if you
have some family or friend with these problems may be they need help:
keep attention carefully.
