*We would like to take this time to recognize the efforts of our fire, law and EMS organizations throughout Eastern North Carolina. They have given up time with their families, many nights of sleep and even money out of their pockets, yet they ask for virtually nothing in return. Often, we take it for granted that when we ask for emergency help, we just assume someone is going to show up. However, we often forget or don't think about the sacrifices that these individuals had to make just to help their fellow neighbors. Thank you for the dedication to your communities. Thank you for the time you give up so freely, but most of all, thank you for caring.

EASTERN CAROLINA'S EMS ASSOCIATION is a professional organization of individuals within Eastern North Carolina who are engaged in Emergency Medical Services and is trying to make an impact upon the health and welfare of the public, promote, represent, and provide guidance for the practice of prehospital care. Firefighters, first responders, EMT's, Rescue Techs., Paramedics, Public Safety Officers, Dive-Medics, RNs, Doctors and everyone else are welcome to join.
