A group to discuss different medications (like Restasis), therapy, drops and other methods to help ease the pain of Dry Eye Syndrome, post lasik surgery, Sjogren's syndrome, post-drug (like Accutane) and other syndromes related to dry eye including Blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction.
