dear deborah, I had a friend who also experienced the same kind of bleeding you
did but it was before she did the liver cleanse, it stopped on its own, it is
important to eat a good diet, drink 8 cvups of water a day and cut back on
animal products, best judy

Adequate daily supplementation with magnesium may reduce cardiovascular
inflammation (CRP)

CRP (C reactive protein) is a protein released into the blood at an elevated
level when you are inflamed. When CRP is chronically but modestly elevated it is
predictive of future cardiovascular events such as a heart attack or stroke. In
this study from the Medical University of South Carolina 10,024 people with
valid measurements of both CRP levels and supplemental magnesium intake were
analyzed. People with a total magnesium intake below the RDA were found to be
40% more likely to have elevated CRP levels. The study is published in the
current issue of the journal Nutrition Research.

Hello,
I thought I heard somewhere that this recipe should not be used by anyone who
has mercury amalgam in their mouth, because it works so well it leaches the
mercury out and exposes the person to it. Any comments?

yep, this is fantastic and thanks for the reminder, I usually do it twice a
year. I toast a quartered pita and put it on top. However now knowing about the
phytic acid content and enzyme inhibitors in all the sproutables: seeds, nuts,
grains and beans, I'll be soaking the seeds and B. nuts this time. After all Dr
Clark recommends soaking in Vit C water....acidulated water.

Here's a recipe for Crispy Nuts from Nourishing Traditions Sally Fallon
http://www.westonaprice.org soak 4 cups nuts/seeds 7 hours add 2 Tbl sea salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and place in dehydrator or oven on 150 for 12- 24 hrs
till try. From this you can grind you nut and seed butters too.

If you want to just eat raw nuts w/o the soaking it's suggested to take enzyme
caps along to neutralize the enzyme inhibitors. Edward Howell Enzymes for
Health and Longevity.

   Best to all

Hi all I was browsing through and I found this:

"Here is a simple way to help flush out heavy metals like mercury:

CORIANDER CHELATION PESTO
4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium)
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine)
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)
2 cups packed fresh coriander (cilantro, Chinese
parsley) (vitamin A)
2/3 cup flaxseed oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C)
2 tsp dulse powder
Bragg's liquid aminos or Japanese Miso

Process the coriander and flaxseed oil in a blender
until the coriander is chopped. Add the garlic, nuts
and seeds, dulse and lemon juice and mix until the
mixture is finely blended into a paste. Add a squirt
of Bragg's to taste and blend again. Store in dark
glass jars if possible. It freezes well, so purchase
coriander in season and fill enough jars to last
through the year.

Blessings!
Arthur"

Does anyone know how you are supposed to take this? Like a spoon a
day or something? I am still having my breathing problem, but
everything is physically/mentally normal. I noticed my problems
started after having one of my metal fillings replaced with
composite...Oh and is there anyway to test for metal toxicity?

Thanks!

I'm also zapping every day. I'm also trying to clear up my tininus (the buzzing
in my ears). One lady said she had the tininus for several years and finally hit
upon a combination of fresh garlic and onion juice in olive oil and put that in
her ears with cotton plugs at night. Also I'm using vinegar when I get home from
work. Hopefully the combination will do something. It took about 30 days for her
and all of a sudden it stopped. So I've 26 days to go. And I'm using a cilantro
pesto (cilantro, garlic, lemon, olive oil) but I water it down, put it in ice
cube trays, then the frozen cubes in zip lock bags to make a little drink every
day. I sweeten it with honey and it's for flushing out heavy metals. Per a
Chinese Research Scientist. I know about Mr Rife and his machine and also heard
of his story. What a waste! Thank God that Dr Clark is in Mexico! My mother used
natural stuff all her life and didn't really dawn on me for years. She passed
away 3 years ago at the age of 96.

I have known for a long time that taking a tablespoon of apple cider
vinegar in water, 3x a day is very helpful in dissolving calcium
deposits in the joints, so it must also work in arteries as well. You
should also squeeze 1/4 lemon into a glass of water everytime you drink,
which is helpful in dissolving calcium spurs.

Lecithin is great for getting rid of fatty deposits in the blood stream,
which eventually can become calcified, so I would recommend getting some
lecithin in capsules or as granules and take it throughout the day.
Celery, cucumber, watermelon and cherries are also great at dissolving
   calcium deposits.

Strengthen your leg veins using horse chestnut herb. I use a formula
called "Leg Veins" by Nature's Way and it helps circulation as well. It
got rid of the heavy feeling in my legs.

   Good luck,

   Diane

According to the book "The Calcium Bomb", EDTA will melt the calcium deposit
which harbors bacteria underneath it. You have to kill the bacteria (by zapping
daily) otherwise it is free in the bloodstream to build more calcium igloos all
over your body. If you don't kill the bacteria, it's like opening a pandora's
box. In the book, a heart specialist in Florida recommends 4 months of
antibiotics. Antibiotics could ruin your gut in that amount of time so a zapper
is better.

I didn't pass a hard stone until my fifth cleanse. Regardless, Dr. Clark
suggests cleansing the kidneys and liver at least twice a year. I never sleep
well during them and have still gotten stones out. Your stones may need to roll
forward in the bile ducts before being expelled. It may take a while.

Deborah <debnjohn93@...> wrote:
My mom and I had our first experience with liver cleansing this
weekend. We followed the program in Dr. Clark's book completely. We
both had trouble sleeping throughout the night though. We did get the
diarrhea, but passed absolutely no stones. Could this be because we
did not sleep soundly the entire night or that maybe we don't have
   stones?

Even though we did not pass stones, did our liver still benefit from
the cleanse in another way? At this point, we are a bit confused and
not sure if we want to go through another liver cleanse if we did not
   get the desired results.

   Thanks for your comments!!

Hi,
You may get very good results with cayenne pepper in combination with
L-canitine.

all the cleanses again already) so
maybe this will help my situation.

I worked with a lady that had similar problem, she got IV chelation and now she
is pretty much spry and active. She drinks a shot of Matol KM everyday, but i
think that is just basically potassium. She's 83

hi all! my allergist wants me to try this 30mg pill 1-2 x/day as needed
for sinus congestion. i tried the OTC nose opener thing followed by
flonase and it started to wear off faster and faster. he thinks my
breathing problem is caused by my nose stuffed up and me breathing
through my mouth....

when i went to pick up the medicine (entex la) they thought it was no
longer available for some reason....that kinda worried me....so i was
curious if anyone has ever tried it or knows about it...?

thanks!hope all are well!

I guess I'm not too concerned because we eat "Smart Chicken" which is
not fed antibiotics. But also because arsenic is possibly an essential
nutrient, and I'm not troubled that much about small amounts. Google
for "arsenic essential nutrient" and see what you get.

Even if it is toxic at high levels, the law of hormesis says that
probably a tiny amount will actually be good for you. Of course, very
few people know about hormesis, but in a nutshell, it is homeopathy
writ large. A little dab'll do ya.

On the other hand, I have chemical sensitivities, and the tiniest
amount of a substance can set off an unpleasant reaction. So, as with
all things, YMMV.

Eric

hi Beckie,
After following the Dr Clark protocols near meticulously for many years I have
noted only one short-coming. That been the chelation aspect. Only Andy Cutler's
protocols eclipses here in this regard. A brief desription can be found here:
http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/oral_chelation1.html

"I would suggest Sending a hair sample away for a Hair Elements Test. There are
two ways to achieve this:
(i) Your doctor can order this test directly from DDI Labs in the USA (about
$76).
(ii) You can order this test yourself from Directlabs (also in the USA) without
a doctor's referral (about $96). E-mail Leigh Wilkerson for more information
and to request a test kit.
.Join these Yahoo Groups for support and to learn more: Oral Frequent-dose
chelation Yahoo Group and especially Mercury AutismYahoo Group for parents
chelating children. "

You are likely to find some metal accumulated causing this problem most notable
mercury from vaccines or intra-uterine exposure from you amalgams, and lead.

The power in Cutler's protocol is using the chelators at their half-life's so
that blood levels stay stronger. There have been some very bad reactions some
parents report to indiscriminate use of chelators like ALA, life and PCA-RX. The
can drive the metals deeper into the brain, especially in mercury toxic causes.
The Hair test will help you a lot.

If you didn't complete the parasite cleanse before the liver cleanse, Dr.
Clark says that you are less likely to get stones out. I did four and got
around 500 each time. The fifth one, which was probably a year or two after
the fourth only got out a couple hundred.

Subject: [DrClark] liver cleanse question

My mom and I had our first experience with liver cleansing this
weekend. We followed the program in Dr. Clark's book completely. We
both had trouble sleeping throughout the night though. We did get the
diarrhea, but passed absolutely no stones. Could this be because we
did not sleep soundly the entire night or that maybe we don't have
stones?

Even though we did not pass stones, did our liver still benefit from
the cleanse in another way? At this point, we are a bit confused and
not sure if we want to go through another liver cleanse if we did not
get the desired results.

Thanks for your comments!!

Deborah
