Hi Debra,
Sorry I didn't read your earlier post, just some of them. I was
diagnosed
with urgent surgery 2 yrs ago after my 4th baby. I opted to not do
surgery
and after many flushes and a change of diet( I mean 0 meat, bread,
and
saturated fat for a looooooooong time) I can't remember the last time
I had
pain. Also my digestion is 100 % better. Now, I have to also tell you
that
my diet was not that bad to start out with, which is why I was so
surprised
that I had stones, but including seaweed and other supplements has
greatly
improved my system.
Thats why I was wondering how many flushes you did, because although I
didn't or lets say don't ,lol, extremely like doing them (because I
don't
like the taste of epsom salts)I find that they can do great things :-
).
Anyway, you already did your surgery and are happy with it, so I'm
glad your
pain is over. I have several people I know that have had them and are
happy,
I'm just glad that I've been able to keep mine so far :-).

Hi Alexa,
As I stated earlier, I opted not to flush, although I did do some
cleanses
that my chiropractor gave me. I considered it, but for my own
personal
reasons did not choose flushing. I did a bunch of supplements,
dietary
changes, exercise, and just a healthy way of living.
There are others on this list who have flushed, and are now opting for
surgery, and they could better answer your questions. Pat? Jerome?
Andrea?
