I used the Hulda clark flush. My Chiropractor had me drink 32 ounces
of apple juice a day for weeks at a time. You can still eat other
things but drinking that much of the fresh pressed juice makes a
difference. It doesn't work well if it's the bottled kind of the
grocery store shelf. It needs to be the fresh stuff that they have to
but in the refrigerator section with a date. Also get gold coin
grass. That breaks up stones or something. My ultrasound showed that
my stones were the size of grapes.
When I did the flushes I did get some grapes size stones out. With my
first flush I got a cup of stones out, a dozen the size of Kix cereal.
That was before I got pregnant. I had to wait till after the baby to
do more flushes. In those 3 flushes I had one with nothing and then 2
with lots of grape size stones. I always drank 32 ounces of apple
juice for 3 days prior to the flush and than followed the rest of the
flush accordingly. I didn't fast for those 3 days just drank lots of
apple juice with my foods.
The flush didn't bother me or my nursing baby at all but I did notice
that I got stones out when I followed the flush to the letter. When I
skipped things or didn't do it right I had no success.
I hope that helps. I believe that if you start this flush now and get
the gold coin grass you can have success and see a difference. I
found this list a little late so in October when I had the last
attack not even the
pain pills or drugs at the hospital worked and after 14hrs I went with
the surgery. I still will do the flushes though because I do believe
the
liver creates the stones and I'll the stones I got out were
cholesterol
stones but when they took out my gallbladder it was filled with the
hard stones. If I would have taken the gold coin grass all that time
I believe it would have helped those hard stones. I had ran out of it
and didn't realize how good the stuff was until it was to late.
I wouldn't recommend surgery after your fist time going to the
hospital.
If you've really tried to change diet and flush and you still get
sent to the hospital and still have lots of attacks than think about
your options but surgery doesn't mean it cures the problem. It
usually helps with the pain but if you go back to a mainstream diet
you will end up with more problems later.
Good luck
Diane
