Ok, the purpose is only to make the gall bladder and liver squeeze

they're worth to purge the all the bile and stones at once. The
purpose of
the lemon juice is to force all that oil into the duodenum quickly so
it can
trigger a good musular contraction and purge.
The purpose of the apple juice for 5 days before hand is to soften the
gallstones to make them pass more easily.
The magnesium sulphate relaxes muscles, acellerates digestive
movement and
makes you void rather quickly and reliably.
I'm 46, and I'm the correct weight, I'm fit, and aerobic. I take lots
of
vitamins (trying for optimal concentrations) and included lecithin
daily for
2+ years. Lecithin is known to reduce atherosclerosis (washes away
cholesterol). I eat no canola, little fat, and no hydrogenated oils
(use
olive oil). Even with all that I still got a few gallstones out in my
purge,
about a dozen all told. (gallstones are mostly cholesterol I
hear)...so go
figure. I thought my good lifestyle would mean no stones, but there
they
were. They float and they look kinda like green peas, but a bit
bigger.
It's not as bad as it sounds, but me bum hurts a bit. It's all over
in a
few hours.
