Subject: 3rd flush results

Ok - here's the scoop.
I did everything as I have done before - no changes to the routine.
I went to bed at 8:30 and felt really nauseuos - never had that
before. I woke up at 12:30 - really had the urge to go to the
bathroom. I slept for 1.5 hours and then felt all this rumbling in
my stomach and then all this rumbling in my intestines and off to the
bathroom. THis went on all night - I had to sleep sitting up or I
would feel really nauseous. I never had this reaction the first two
times.
About 2am, I passed what looked like the little pea green stones and
LOTS of chaff and lots of sandlike stuff that sunk to the bottom of
the toilet. This went on until about 9am. I ate soft cooked
veggies and some veggie broth - funny how you crave food for 2 days
when you fast and then when you can eat - you don't feel like eating
anything. I would go to the bathroom about 2 hours after I ate. NO
signs of intact stones but more sandlike stuff and flakes of red and
black - as if it were colored coconout (This was before I ate
anything this am).
THe other weird thing is that I have a WICKED sore throat and my
tosnils are swollen - how bizarre! Of course, I feel flu like - but
the whole throat thing is odd.
Will update if anything else happens - will be itnerested to see if I
have that awful pain a week from now as I did last time - I am
convinced I passed a stone then. Will know better this time to take
some epsom salts to relieve pain - even if it not a stone the salts
can't hurt!
