ATTENTION ALTERNATIVE HEALTH FREEDOM SUPPORTERS!

The letter, to the presiding Judge of the Appeals Court, needs to be

Charles Benninghoff, a "Lay Representative" (not a lawyer, but acting as
a lawyer - which is legal in California and in many other states) caught
the California Medical Board Staff (CMBS) red-handed doing something
illegal which won a case for Benninghoff's client. What? Instead of
ensuring the materials given to an expert witness do not contain
information that might bias the expert, the CMBS did exactly the
opposite, which is against "Expert Reviewer Program" policy.

In retaliation the Medical Board filed several complaints against
Benninghoff for "engaging in the unauthorized practice of law". After
several failed attempts they finally got a judge to issue an order
whereby Benninghoff's property, computers, files, and more were taken
away. There will be legal activity within a few weeks and Benninghoff
needs all the help he can get as fast as he can get it!!!

This is HUGE!

1) Benninghoff needs to get massive public support A.S.A.P. so that he
can win this case and allow "Lay Representation" to continue, and

2) The CMBS retaliated in this way to cover up a legislative
investigation of their own operation and protect their activities. As
soon as Benninghoff wins his case, there needs to be a MASSIVE
INVESTIGATION of the CMBS to open and review their prior cases and
investigate if they did this illegal activity with other cases. If so,
that could reverse many of the prior cases!
