Hi Sherry,

I found Dr. Clark's Liver Cleanse the first time was
through the search engine on the web. So I did not
know anything else than just a recipe. Without any
supervision I just print it out and look around for
the ingredients and did it. After the second ES like
you I went cold and shivery and my stomach was in pain.
After the expulsion of hundreds of that green stuffs
the next day...I thought the pain was worth it. The
second and the third still sending me some chills but
better than the first.

After the third flush my enthusiasm went further than
just doing the liver flush - I wanted to know more about
this Dr. Clark and bought her book. Only then I realized
that I should have been doing other cleanses first before
attempting the L/GB flush. I suspected for myself that
problem with COLDNESS because my system was completely
blocked to receive that ES especially I only have one
kidney. I reversed the cleansing accordingly and continue
with the L/GB after all others has been done. Since then
I did not have any COLD spell anymore. Yesterday was my
fourteenth flush:-) It has become a routine for me...
I'll do it until not a single pebbles or junks left:-)

Mine weren't exactly stones but again like yourself -
FATTY LIVER. What came out (tons of them) were Cholesterol
balls!!! I have had pretty good nutrition (a vegetarian)
for the past thirteen years - good question, how do I get
fatty liver? The answer to my question was - TOXIN -
emotional shamble, stress to go along with my food
intolerance. Without realizing the danger of Soy and
Rapsoil I have been consuming for years, I have done
a blunder to myself. Reversing my research - what was
once considered good and healthy can be poisonous to
the liver. The skandal goes on....but now I refused to
eat anything that is not biologically grown.

The stress and the emotional upheaval has been the
breeding ground for parasites obviously - the accumulated
result - buddles of cholesterol balls and or parasites:-((
My Allergy is gone after the fifth flush but I still feel
I need to do more to get my liver back to normal. A word
on the zapper - Zapper alone won't work without the Parasite Cleanse, at
least this is how I feel. There are parts where
the zapper cannot reach which only the herbs would do the
job. BOTH they are a happy marriage:-) I am zapping away
while I am typing:-)

Sherry, you should not be put off by a Cold shiver...I
have done all other cleanses and on my yearly routine. I
took a break of six months before continuing with the L/GB
cleanse. All in all as I have said - I have done it 14
times. With Hulda's Protocol I am a new person, I have
never felt so well in my life! We are all here to help,
share and support one another. Know that you are not alone.
