Hi all,
I've just finished my 5th liver cleanse. Whew! I think I'm done for
awhile. I passed six larger (.75 cm) stones(very pale green in color),
but there were a lot less in total number-maybe 75 lentil-sized stones
that I could count...not the hundreds like the previous 4 cleanses.
There was some chaff as well. I did have a difficult time getting the
epsom/water solution down this time. Although it stayed down, my
stomach was not happy. I'm planning on doing the cleanse twice a year
now to maintain. I'm hoping that will be sufficient, along with an
improved diet.
