Subject: [gallstones] an observation

I've been reading a lot lately about internal
cleansing and learning a lot about the digestive
system and just all the internal organs in general.
In reading about the gallbladder I have read a long
list of symptoms that could develop from gallbladder
problems. The pain, which I only experienced right
below my chest, can be felt in the back, in the
shoulder blades and even in the shoulder. It
typically goes to the right, which is the side the
gallbladder is on.

Here's what makes it interesting to me. In recent
years I have had a problem with my right hip which my
doctor couldn't really figure out. He recommended
swimming as a way of keeping it loose. He determined
that the problem was not in the bone itself, which was
encouraging, but I hadn't done anything, physically,
to injure it - not that I could recall, anyway. I
was on a trip to California and when I changed planes
in Chicago I could barely walk because of the pain.
That was the first sign of it and it has been off and
on ever since.

Then, about a year ago I developed some pain in my
right arm and my shoulder. Again, I couldn't really
think of anything I had done to strain it and while
keeping active in the pool seemed to help it, I
couldn't really correlate activity to when the pain
decreased. It just sort of came and went.

I didn't really think about this until after I had
done the second gallbladder cleanse. I felt great and
then started sliding with my eating habits. I knew
that I was putting myself at risk for another
gallbladder attack, but I sort of ignored it. What's
interesting to me is that since letting those eating
habits slide I started to feel that pain in my
shoulder AND my hip again. I know without a doubt
that I have not done anything physically to cause pain
in these two areas, so I am convinced that there is a
connection with the gallbladder.

I'm going to continue with the healthier dietary
habits and also continue doing the gallbladder
cleanses every two weeks and will also be doing a
bowel cleanse in the near future. I will definitely
pay attention to how my shoulder and hip feel as time
goes by. This is really interesting to me!!

Just wanted to share that,
Rachel
