Hello,
I have not written before but I have been gratefully reading and
learning alot from all the wonderful and informative posts. I am the
mother of eight children, and I have had two bad attacks that
prompted me to find out how to take care of my gall bladder and liver
rather than undergo surgery. I have done four cleanses and had alot
of stuff (stones and such) come out. As a result, I have much more
energy and no pain. Several sources have listed variations on Dr.
Clark's cleanse. All of them, however, had in common the olive oil
and citrus juice(s). I would like to ask some questions and if there
are answers, I would be grateful for them.
1.How does the epsom salts (MgSO4) work and is it harmful to do a
cleanse sooner than in two week intervals?
2.After taking the oil and citrus mixture, what is the best position
for getting out biggest and/or the most stones? I have tried on the
back and on the right side with the right knee close to the chest.
3.(For a friend who has just had gall bladder surgery)How soon after
surgery can one do a cleanse to help lessen conjestion in the liver?
4.After 4 or 5 cleanses, can one resume having occasional foods with
higher fat content with less concerns of having an attack? My second
flush produced stones that were almost an inch (2.5cm)in diameter.
The quantity was almost a half cup. The volume has been less for
flushes #3 and 4.
Thank you in advance for this information. I hope there will be
others who will also benefit from it.
A grateful reader,
Lonnie
