Hello -
After reading recent posts in regards to sludge, sand & gravel,
I'm wanting to learn more. Are these three what eventually turn into
what we call "stones"? I take it that we want to get rid of the
s/s/g through a flush or a colonic - correct? Though I've pretty
much followed a similar recipe/routine in doing all the flushes I've
ever done, each has been different in some way from each previous one
I've ever completed. The last two produced sludge. At the time, I
was disappointed since I didn't pass any "stones". But, it looks as
if I should not have been. In recent months I've improved my diet by
taking flaxseed oil, olive oil, lecithin, juicing, more water, & all
of that good stuff we're supposed to do. I am thinking my better
habits might have contributed to not passing stones the last two
times. Perhaps not. Whatever thoughts anyone would care to share,
will be appreciated. And, thanks!
Elsa
