Hi Naomi!
Welcome to the group... I had 7 attacks until I was able to flush
out most of my stones and change my diet... resulting in felling
great with no symptoms anymore.
Do some research by reviewing the previous posts... you will find
some terrific info.
Women who are pregnant and/or breast feeding are at a high risk for
gallstones. I wonder if this is not because of four reasons:
1) They take too much calcium supplements...
2) They drink too much milk and eat a lot of dairy... ice cream!
3) They are often dehydrated and do not drink enough water.
4) They eat unhealthy fats during pregnancy, ice cream, cheese, etc.
Bile is composed of 4 main ingredients: Cholestorol, lecithin, bile
salts and water. If any one of these three things is out of balance,
gallstones can form. Dehydration is probably a leading cause...
BUT... gallstones require specs of calcium to start the formation.
Milk products provide those specs as any pasturerized milk contains
Casiene... a gluey calcium substance that was used in making the
first Borden's glue!
My wife has successfully grown 4 children... now 12, 14, 16, and 18
without any milk products... Not in pregnacy, not in breast feeding
and not in anything in our home. When asked how the childen would
get enough calcium in order to grow healthy bones... see always would
ask the questioner, "How much milk do cows eat?" We all eat huge
salads every day that most cows would thoroughly enjoy! The kids
have been healthy as horses with little or no illness and NO green
runny noses... EVER! Mucus almost always comes from milk products.
Now you may not eat any dairy... but most do... and the beginning of
your natural healing process is to get off of the milk products and
onto healthy raw foods.
Then follow the flush advice... and add lecithin and flax seed oil to
your daily diet each morning on an empty stomach. Lastly... drink a
lot of filtered water, at least an extra 3/4 of a gallon a day.
Good luck in your search...
