I just did Dr. Clark's Liver/Gall Bladder Cleanse with wonderful results. I
was particularly impressed that the program did not involve ordering special
"liver cleanse" products. What a relief it was to only require a few
simple main ingredients: Epsom salts, grapefruit and olive oil.

Is there a colon cleanse program that similarly utilizes common and easy to
find ingredients? I would like to avoid ordering "colon cleanse" goods and
taking enemas at this time. I am not opposed to enima's, I'm just at a loss
to find a good, homegrown oral program.
